1. Who we are

Nsa is a real-time interactive game platform operated by Kovo Labs. When we say "Nsa," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy, we mean Kovo Labs and the Nsa platform accessible at play-nsa.vercel.app and associated domains.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using Nsa, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

a) Information you provide via Google Sign-In

Nsa uses Google OAuth for authentication. When you sign in, Google shares your:

• Email address
• Display name
• Profile picture URL

We do not receive or store your Google password.

b) Game and session data

When you create or participate in a game session, we store:

• Your nickname or name as provided during the session
• Your answers and scores within game sessions
• Session timestamps and player counts
• Game configurations you create (questions, settings, etc.)

c) Uploaded images (Image Cloud)

If you upload photos using the Image Cloud feature, those images are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. Images are publicly accessible via a CDN URL and associated with the gallery session, not with your personal account.

d) Automatically collected data

Our servers may log standard request data including IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and timestamps. These logs are used for debugging and security purposes and are not sold.

3. How we use your information

• To authenticate you and maintain your session
• To associate games you create with your account
• To send you notifications about game invitations and admin actions within the platform
• To generate session analytics visible to the game host
• To improve the platform and diagnose bugs

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to serve third-party advertising.

4. Data sharing

We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Google — as part of the OAuth authentication flow.
• Cloudflare — images uploaded to Image Cloud are stored in Cloudflare R2.
• MongoDB Atlas — game data, session records, and account information are stored in MongoDB Atlas (cloud-hosted database).
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Kovo Labs or others.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Game session data is retained indefinitely for analytics purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).

6. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption in transit, JWT-based authentication tokens, and restricted server access. However, no system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's privacy

Nsa is designed for use in educational settings and may be used by students of all ages under adult supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Players joining a game session as a participant only provide a nickname — no email or account is required.

8. Your rights & contact

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Nsa after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
