Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Nsa (the "Platform"), operated by Kovo Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of service

Nsa is a real-time interactive engagement platform that allows registered users ("Hosts") to create and run live game sessions — including quizzes, polls, word clouds, wheels of names, and image galleries — for an audience of participants ("Players"). Players join sessions using a code and do not require an account.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create a host account.
• Authentication is handled via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others or use the Platform to impersonate any person or entity.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Upload or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful to minors.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Platform's servers or infrastructure.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the Platform without written permission.
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse of other users or participants.
• Use the Platform for spam, phishing, or any fraudulent purpose.

5. Content and intellectual property

Your content: You retain ownership of the game content, questions, and images you create or upload. By uploading content, you grant Kovo Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

Our content: The Nsa name, logo, interface design, and underlying technology are the property of Kovo Labs. You may not reproduce or use them without prior written consent.

6. Image Cloud & uploaded media

Photos uploaded to Image Cloud sessions are stored in Cloudflare R2 and are accessible via a public URL. Do not upload images that contain personally identifiable information of individuals without their consent, or images that are sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise unlawful.

Kovo Labs reserves the right to remove any uploaded content that violates these Terms.

7. Availability and modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice. We are not liable for any disruption or data loss resulting from such changes.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Kovo Labs does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kovo Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
